Executive finds are successful if there is maximum clarity at the start of the search process. That’s why I always start by carrying out a cultural due diligence process: embracing the corporate culture and the level of the value system of a company, understanding the corporate values a company lives by and carrying out  stakeholder interviews. In C-level circles, there is no doubt about the direct influence and significance the corporate culture has on the EBIT. Only when clarity about the current value system has been achieved does the tried-and-tested direct search machinery start looking for candidates.

Success-based fees

We measure ourselves by our success, because our fees are tiered and two-thirds are success-oriented. On appointment by our clients, we charge a deposit, which marks the start of each search. A second instalment then only becomes due once our clients have invited their verified, presented candidates on the shortlist to interview, confirming the service we have delivered.
